The ATKN project is some kind of wind operated camera. It transmits images from one location to the other according to the energy generated by the windmill. at a framerate defined by the windmill. Somewhere in the movie presenting the project it states wind = energy air = communication this made me think of a second model which would generated sound,a synthetic speech machine inspired by von kempelen's apparatus.wikipedia:Wolfgang_von_Kempelen
